The Club La Banda is only concerned with making sure that its members have fun and learn. We garuntee you your rights under the law to the protection of your privacy. You will be asked to enter personal information so we will explain why we ask for this and what we do with those details.

To establish a direct connection with our members we sometimes need to collect certain information from you when you navigate the site.

We know how important privacy is and as such we will always let you know how and why we are collecting any information.

We do not, under any circumstances, sell, rent, divulge or distribute in any form the details we collect from you. Only when necessary and only with your consent will we collect details from you that will be held in your own file with La Banda. We will use these details to inform you about our products, club activities, offers and promotions including those from our partners that we feel may be useful to you. You information may be shared, with your consent, between other companies in the RTVA group. Otherwise we will only need your details so that you can participate in competitions and games and so that we can send you whatever prize you may have won. When the competition is closed all unnecessary details will be completely deleted.

When you sign up and when you win a prize we will always contact the parents by email, post or telephone to make sure they have no objections. If, after 15 days, we have received no instructions to the contrary we will confirm the registration and/or dend out your prize. The same procedure will be followed if you wish to use any of La Bandas services, ie. Chatrooms or forums, that require some information to be revealed to third parties. La Banda will not be held responsible for the content in chatrooms or on forums.

La Banda will make every effort to maintain the rights of our members according to the law including updates and changes as and when they become necessary.
